My name is Ni-Choon and I am an Agile Business Analyst.
I have more than 10 years of UI/UX background, but have in more recent years move on to the role of an Agile Business Analyst.
I manage a SCRUM team of software engineers and QA analysts within the hospitality industry. I lead stand-up meetings and backlog grooming sessions; and run sprint planning, retrospectives and sprint review sessions.
I own the product backlog, prioritising features based on business goals while balancing SCRUM team capacity.
My previous experience as a UI/UX Specialist complements my role as a Business Analyst. I am able to creatively solve end-users problems and improve their user experiences
I was previously employed as a Web Designer for The Star Online, Malaysia’s leading English news portal by Malaysia’s number 1 English daily, Star Publications (M) Bhd.
Prior to joining The Star, I was a Web Designer with AirAsia Berhad, the World’s Best Low-Cost Airline from 2005 until 2007.
